. DIRECTIONS:

FROM TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE [NYC via THRUWAY - 20 minutes from Tappan Zee]
Take I-287 West over Tappan Zee Bridge. Take the Palisades Parkway North exit. #13N. Continue on Palisades Parkway North to Exit 13. Make a left off exit ramp onto Thiells Mt. Ivy Rd. (you will be passing a Golf Course on your left). Follow to the end and make a Right onto Suffern Lane. Go straight for approximately 2 miles through traffic light (at traffic light Suffern Lane becomes West Railroad Ave). From this point, Garnerville Arts and Industrial Center is 1/4 mile down on your right hand side.

FROM PALISADES PARKWAY [NYC via GW BRIDGE - 45 minutes from GW]
GW Bridge upper roadway across bridge. Take Palisades Parkway North to Exit 13. Make a Left off exit ramp onto Thiells Mt. Ivy Rd. [If coming on Palisades Parkway from the North, make a Left off exit ramp and another Left at the light onto Thiells Mt. Ivy Rd.] You will pass a Golf Course on your left. Continue to the end of Thiells Mt. Ivy Rd. and make a Right onto Suffern Lane. Go straight for approximately 2 miles through traffic light (at traffic light Suffern Lane becomes West Railroad Ave). From this point, Garnerville Arts and Industrial Center is on your right hand side.

FROM RT. 304, RT. 303, & 9W NORTH
Take Rt. 304 or Rt. 303 to 9W North. At first traffic light north of the Samsondale Mall, make a left onto West Railroad Avenue (KeyBank will be on the corner). Garnerville Arts and Industrial Center is 1/8 mile down on your left hand side across from D & G Electrical.

FROM RT. 202 & RT. 45 From Rt. 202 and Rt. 45 intersection, go east on Rt. 202 for 2.2 miles and make a left onto Central Highway/Main Street (across from the Garnerville Post Office). At traffic light, make a right onto West Railroad Ave. Drive 1/4 mile and Garnerville Arts and Industrial Center is on your right.

FROM BEAR MOUNTAIN
Take 9W South. Pass Helen Hayes Hospital in West Haverstraw. At the next traffic light make a right onto West Railroad Ave.(Key Bank will be on the corner). Garnerville Arts and Industrial Center is 1/8 mile down on your left hand side across from D & G Electrical.
