 SOHO REBORN IN ROCKLAND
The Garnerville Arts & Industrial Center is a unique real estate venture involved in the leasing of light industrial, warehouse and studio spaces for manufacturers, artisans and artists.
For its first 125 years, this Dickens-like industrial environment located on the Minisceongo Creek in Garnerville, Rockland County, New York served textile mills exclusively. Today, in addition to light industry, the complex is home to artists and artisans, including sculptors, painters, woodworkers, music studios, and mosaic and stained glass artisans, as well as performance and exhibit spaces.
